Grief is the emotional response to a significant loss. This support group is for adults to help cope with the impact of grief from cancer. The group provides a safe space for those in bereavement to process grief, share experiences, challenges, and gain support through connecting with others experiencing the loss of a loved one. Each group meets for six weeks.

If you have been looking for a workout partner or think if you just had someone to work out with, it would be so much easier, then Workout with Friends is for you! This class is peer-led and focuses on strength-building. Join us every Tuesday at 11 a.m. for a fun virtual workout with fellow Cancer Support Community participants.

Jam Session, 1:00 PMJoin music therapist Jennifer Yurkovich, in person, for an hour of joy and music making! Whether you are an experienced musician or a novice, Jennifer will have you successfully making music as a community before the hour is through! You will have the opportunity to explore a variety of instruments including ukuleles, hand drums, tone chimes, and various other percussion instruments. Blood Cancer Support Group, 6:30 PM
Guest speaker Abbey Fueger, BA, BSN, RN, CCRP will present "Navigating Clinical Trials" on November 29 in place of the support group
This is a support and networking group for those who have been diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma, or myeloma, or those who are supporting a loved one who has been diagnosed with a blood cancer. This group is in collaboration with the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.

Local YSC Face 2 Face networks (YSC F2F) offer support and networking groups for Young Women Affected by Breast Cancer (YWABC). Healing Rhythms Drumming Circle: Research shows that drumming circles boost the immune system, reduces tension, anxiety, stress, and helps control chronic pain. Making music creates a community among the participants. No experience or equipment needed.

Cooking for Wellness, 6:00 PM
We are excited to start 2023 by introducing the Cooking for Wellness: Home Kitchen University! A graduate of the Home Kitchen University will:
- Have a home kitchen that is stocked with staples to create healthy meals,
- Understand flavor profiles and pairing
- Learn different cooking techniques
- Master meal prepping and planning
Each month Chef A’Donna and Registered Dietitian Michelle will engage participants in a session that will help you reach your personal health goals. To get the most out of the class, we will encourage you to complete at-home assignments between classes. At the end of each quarter, we will offer fun rewards for meeting challenges and if you complete the whole year, you will receive your very own Home Kitchen University diploma!
Cooking for Wellness is a cooking demonstration class presented by our professional chef, A'Donna Fuller, and registered dietitian, Michelle Mills. Our goal is to provide a fun and supportive atmosphere that is conducive to learning how to adopt a healthy diet to lower cancer risk.On the second Thursday of each month, we will provide education and goals for the month. On the fourth Thursday, we will have a hands-on class where you can practice, with the assistance of your coaches, bringing the education to life.

Chair yoga is a practice that modifies yoga poses so they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand, lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions, or want a quick break from working at home.
